This set of no-cut frame sliders, swingarm spools, and fork sliders fits the 2011-2015 Aprilia Tuono. The frame sliders have high impact strength and include pressed-in 6061 aluminum spacers, which allows the use of factory motor mount torque specs. The set also includes 12.9 grade, high strength mounting screws which are zinc plated for corrosion resistance. This set installs in just a few minutes with NO MODIFICATIONS.
Our Delrin swingarm spool sliders for the Aprilia Tuono are great for use with a swingarm stand, plus have extra material on the ends to help protect the swingarm. The spools have deep grooves in them for easy engagement with a swingarm stand. They are supplies with stainless steel fasteners. We recommend the use of blue thread locker on the spool fasteners.
Our fork sliders for the 2011-2013 Aprilia Tuono will help protect the fork bottoms from scratches in the event of a crash. The sliders are made of Delrin for high impact strength. Supplied with stainless steel mounting screws. Attached by inserting the supplied 6061 aluminum rod into the hollow axle and tightening mounting screws using blue thread locker. Installation is very simple and takes only a few minutes. This set does not replace the factory axle. The front wheel does not need to be removed to install.
Note: If your Tuono has a rear sprocket guard("shark fin"), please specify in the options below. A longer screw for the left side spool will be shipped if you have the guard on your Tuono.
