Free Shipping on all orders $100.00 and up within the 48 states.
All orders are shipped from Bloomington Springs, TN 38545.
We use UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First Class Mail for domestic shipping. The shipping carrier used depends on location and weight of the order. The UPS shipping map shows the estimated time a shipment will take once the carrier takes possession of the package. The map is only an estimate and does not guarantee delivery times stated on the map, however, the map is usually accurate. If an order is placed after 12:00PM Central Time the order will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
We do not have a map for the USPS but Priority Mail and First Class Mail normally take 2-5 days.
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, NO EXCEPTIONS.
WE DO NOT REPLY TO REQUESTS TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION.
IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED SLIDERS FROM US IN THE PAST AND DAMAGED ONE, WE CANNOT PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT.
Our shipping deadline for normal business days is 12:00 PM central time.
We ship to the address you provide. Please make sure you still reside or know someone who resides at the shipping address provided with your order.
If a package is returned to OES due to being improperly addressed, the customer is responsible for the S&H for the second attempt at delivery, even if free S&H applied to the original shipment.
Returns, Exchanges, and Order Cancellations
No returns after 30 days
A RMA number must be given for returns- use our contact form to get the number after reading our policy below.
Returns and exchanges are accepted under these conditions:
1. The parts being returned or exchanged must be in the original packing.
2. The parts being returned or exchanged must be in brand new, original condition, just as they were when they were shipped. If items are not packaged correctly for the return trip, they will most likely be damaged. The items must be wrapped exactly as they were when received.
3. No returns after 30 days
OES Accessories reserves the right to reject a return in the event that the item returned is damaged or missing pieces.
Fees for returns, exchanges, and order cancellations. Fees are a percentage of transaction total, which includes any S&H fees.
Miscellaneous Fees.......Varies (pay misc. fees)
Exchanges......................$9.00 S&H for replacement part (a damaged return fee may apply depending on returned item condition)
Order cancellations.......5% (our credit card processor charges a fee for the transaction regardless of whether or not the sale is finalized (shipped). Cancellations due to stocking issues will not incur the fee.
If the item is being returned for an exchange shipping will apply for the exchanged part, regardless of original cost. If there has been an attempt to install the item the return will either be rejected or the damaged return fee of 20% will apply.
