- We offer replacement frame sliders. Navigate through our product pages as normal and look for the replacements in the product page for your bike.
- We do not offer custom work. (?)
- If you do not see your bike year/model listed for any given part that means we do not sell that part for your model.
- We do not try to match up a part from a model listed to a model for which we do not sell parts (considered custom work).
- We do not offer specifications for frame sliders other than the working length measurement.
- We do not offer local pick up.
- We do not ship internationally.
- We do not ship to hotels.
No reply will be sent (EMAIL FORM) for inquiries that disregard the above guidelines.
These steps are the only way to talk with someone about the product or installation question:
1. Text HELP and a call will be returned to you ASAP. (only on regular business hours 8:00AM-4:00PM central time, Mon-Fri), or
2. Call once, call back immediately after no answer or,
3. Use our email form to request a call.
-We DO NOT offer a 24 hour help hotline- 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM Monday-Friday CENTRAL TIME. This means that if you are in the green zone and your clock reads 4:00 PM, you still have one hour to reach us. But, if you live in the yellow zone, the pink zone, or the blue zone and your clock reads 4:00 PM, you will not be able to get through and you'll need to try again on the next business day.
-We do not ship orders or communicate via phone or email on most holidays. This includes holidays that may fall on a weekend but are observed by the USPS or UPS on a Monday.
-A call or help text will not be returned if sent after normal hours.
-A help text will need to be re-sent on regular business hours if the original help text was sent, for example, at 10:00PM on Saturday night.
