Yamaha XSR700 Rear Axle Sliders & Fork Sliders Combo 2018-2024
Our rear axle sliders for the 2018-2024 Yamaha XSR700 will help protect the swingarm area near the rear axle, including the axle adjuster blocks. We offer two styles- one is simply an axle slider and the other is a slider with grooves to use with a swingarm stand. The wheel can't be removed with the sliders in place but there are other times when using a swingarm stand is convenient, such as cleaning and lubrication of the chain or storage. The sliders are made of Delrin for high impact strength and are supplied with stainless steel mounting screws. The sliders are attached by inserting the supplied 6061 aluminum rod into the hollow axle and tightening the mounting screws. Installation is very simple and takes only a few minutes.
Please note: The rear swingarm stand needs to open a minimum of 14 inches to work with the rear axle sliders (spool type). We have found that the Pit Bull stands (shown) work for this kit, but stands with limited or no adjustability might not work.
Our fork sliders will help protect the forks in the event of a crash. The sliders are made of Delrin for high impact strength. Supplied with stainless steel mounting screws. Attached by inserting the supplied 6061 aluminum rod into the hollow axle and tightening the mounting screws.
The fork sliders do not double as a lifting point for a swingarm stand so the selection for spool or non-spool applies only to the rear axle sliders.
The slider sets DO NOT replace the factory axles or hardware.
