No modifications are required to install these frame sliders. The set includes 12.9 grade, high strength mounting bolts. These sliders are the highest quality on the market. Note: Please beware of sellers who are listing frame sliders designed for previous models of the XSR900 for fitment on the 2022 and up models. The new bikes have a redesigned motor mount area that require the base of the right slider to compress a cup and cone spacer.
